Our second quarter is well under way. If you are interested in enrolling your child for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year, please call the school office and speak with Ms. Judy, our office manager, at (504) 737-9554. If she is unavailable, please leave a message, and she will get back with you as soon as possible.

Important Info for the 2023-2024 School Year:

Carpool drop off starts at 8AM and ends at 8:15 – you are TARDY if you arrive after 8:15!

Carpool pick up starts at 3:15PM. If a student is still on campus at 3:30 they will be sent to after care in the gym – you will be billed, including the

$30 Registration Fee – so leave early enough (in case there’s traffic). Aftercare ends at 5:30PM.

Changes in the Afternoon Carpool Routine:

Anyone who is picking up students at the end of the day will enter the school parking lot from the north on Colonial Club.

Anyone picking up a student(s) at the end of the day can only take a right off Colonial Club

A line will be formed going counter-clockwise in the parking lot and stretching out (as needed) to the north on Colonial Club

Traffic cones will be placed in various places around the parking lot to help guide traffic.

8th grade students will be helping by serving as traffic monitors.

You will continue to be able to wait in the receiving line prior to school letting out if you desire. However, between 2:45 – 3:30 pm, you must turn right into the parking lot off Colonial Club.

For those parents coming from Jefferson Hwy., you may turn around in Riverside Country Club’s parking lot, so you are able to turn right into our parking lot!

Parents should not take their child out of the line as they are walking to the gym for dismissal!

*****PARENTS – Please share this info with anyone you will be sending to pick up your child!
